To ensure customer satisfaction, Baro Market operates the following return policy.
If there is a problem after receiving the product, please contact us within the specified period and we will be happy to assist you.

  • Food (including refrigerated and frozen) : Within 24 hours of receipt

  • Industrial products and non-food items : within 7 days of receipt

In case of product defects (spoiling, thawing, etc.) that occur due to failure to receive the product within the delivery time ,
Please understand that exchanges and refunds are difficult due to the nature of the product.
Due to the nature of food, quick quality checks are required, and please understand that returns are difficult after the expiration date.

  • The product must be in the same condition as when received ;
    Packaging must be undamaged and unused .

  • A receipt or confirmation of order is required.

  • After opening the box, returns are only possible if the product itself is defective .

  • If you wish to exchange for a different product,

  • Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days .

  • In case of return due to simple change of mind , the amount excluding card fees will be refunded.

  • Depending on the circumstances of the bank or credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be reflected.
