We have a 15-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 15 days of receiving the item.
If you wish to return a product, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags and original packaging intact (i.e. before opening the box). You must also have a receipt or proof of purchase. No returns/refunds are possible after the box has been opened, except in cases of product defects. In case of defective products, returns, exchanges, and refunds are possible. For returns due to simple change of mind, you must bring the ordered product directly to our return address.

Damage and Inquiry
Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt of your order. If the goods are defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong goods, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions/Non-returnable items
Perishable items (food, flowers, plants, etc.), customized items (special order items, personalized items), personal care items (beauty products, etc.), etc. are not eligible for return. Also, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, etc. are not eligible for return. Please contact us with any questions or concerns regarding specific items. Discounted items or gift cards are also not eligible for return.

If more than 15 days have passed since the return was approved, please contact info@baromarket.ca. In case of simple change of mind, a refund will be issued excluding card fees.
