📦 배송 안내

고객님께서 주문하신 상품은 냉동(또는 냉장) 상태로 신선하게 포장되어 배송됩니다.
보다 좋은 품질로 제품을 전달드리기 위해 아래 사항을 꼭 확인해 주세요.

📦 배송 예정 시간을 미리 안내드립니다.
고객님께서 편리하게 수령하실 수 있도록 사전에 연락드리오니,
안내드린 시간에 맞춰 준비 부탁드립니다.

제품은 신선도를 유지하기 위해 냉동(또는 냉장) 상태로 안전하게 배송되며,
수령 후 빠른 시간 내 냉장/냉동 보관 부탁드립니다.

🏧 배송비 안내 (세금(Tax) 제외 금액 기준)

  • 최소 구매 금액: $80 이상 주문 시 집까지 배송이 가능합니다.

  • 배송비: 구매 금액이 $80 이상 $129 미만일 경우 배송비 $10가 부과됩니다.

  • 무료배송 프로모션: 광역 밴쿠버  $129 이상 구매 시 무료배송 혜택을 제공하고 있습니다.
           Abbotsford, Maple Ridge, Victoria 는 250불 이상 구매시 무료배송 적용 됩니다.

📌유의사항: 무료배송 기준 금액은 향후 변동될 수 있으니 주문 시 꼭 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.

🚚 아파트·콘도 배송 안내

아파트 및 콘도 건물의 경우, 배송 여건상 기본 배송은 건물 1층 공동 출입구(로비)까지 진행되고 있습니다.

세대 문 앞까지의 배송을 원하실 경우,  주차 및 배송 시간추가로 인해 부득이하게 배송비 $10이 추가로 발생하는 점 양해 부탁드립니다. 주문 시 원하시는 배송 방식을 선택해 주시면 감사하겠습니다.

⏰ 배송 시간 내 수령이 이루어지지 않아 발생하는 제품 이상(변질, 해동 등)에 대해서는 교환 및 환불이 어려운 점 너그러이 양해 부탁드립니다.

[바로ON다] – 익일 배송 안내

‘바로ON다’ 아이콘이 표시된 제품에 한해 익일배송이 적용됩니다.

  • 월요일~목요일 오후 3시 이전 주문: 다음 날 익일배송

  • 금요일~일요일 주문: 다음 주 월요일 또는 화요일에 배송

  • 공휴일: 배송 불가 → 공휴일 이후 첫 영업일에 순차 배송

일반제품(익일배송 비대상 제품) 배송 안내

     (‘바로ON다’ 아이콘이 없는 제품)

  • 월요일 오전 9시 이전 주문 건→ 같은 주 화~목요일 사이에 순차 배송

  • 월요일 오전 9시 이후 주문 건→ 그 다음 주 화~목요일 사이에 배송

혼합 주문 시 배송 안내

  • 익일배송 제품 + 일반 제품 동시 주문 시→익일배송 제품과 일반 제품을 함께 주문하실 경우,일반 제품 준비가 완료된 후 함께 배송됩니다.

  • 냉장/신선식품(예: 김치 등) 포함 시→ 신선도 유지를 위해, 준비 완료된 후 순차적으로 다른 제품과 함께 배송됩니다.

    Please find detailed information about our delivery policy below.

    📦 Delivery Information

    The products you order will be carefully packaged and delivered in frozen (or refrigerated) condition to ensure freshness.
    To ensure the best quality, please make sure to review the following guidelines.

    📦 We will notify you in advance of the scheduled delivery time.
    To help you receive your order conveniently, we will contact you beforehand.
    Please be ready to receive your delivery at the scheduled time.

    Products are delivered safely in frozen (or refrigerated) condition to maintain freshness.
    Please store them in the refrigerator or freezer as soon as possible after receipt.

    🏧 Shipping Fee Information (Based on the subtotal before tax)

    • Minimum Purchase Amount: Delivery to your home is available for orders over $80.

    • Shipping Fee: For orders between $80 and $129, a $10 shipping fee applies.

    • Free Shipping Promotion: Free shipping is provided for orders over $129 in Greater Vancouver.
             For Abbotsford, Maple Ridge, and Victoria, free shipping applies to orders over $250.

    📌Important Note: The free shipping threshold may change in the future, so please check the current policy when placing your order.

    🚚 Delivery to Apartments/Condos

    For apartment and condo buildings, due to delivery conditions, standard delivery is made to the common entrance (lobby) on the first floor of the building.

    If you wish for delivery to your unit door, please understand that an additional $10 delivery fee will be incurred due to extra parking and delivery time. We appreciate it if you select your preferred delivery method when placing your order.

    BaroMarket is always committed to providing the best products and services. 

    ⏰ Please kindly understand that if delivery is not received within the scheduled time, exchanges or refunds may not be possible for product issues (spoilage, thawing, etc.).

    [BaroONda] – Next-Day Delivery Information

    Next-day delivery applies only to products marked with the 'BaroONda' icon.

    • Orders placed Monday–Thursday before 3:00 PM: Next-day delivery

    • Orders placed Friday–Sunday: Delivered on the following Monday or Tuesday

    • Public Holidays: No delivery → Orders will be shipped sequentially on the first business day after the holiday

    Delivery Information for Regular Products (Not eligible for next-day delivery)

         (Products without the 'BaroONda' icon)

    • Orders placed before 9:00 AM on Monday → Shipped sequentially between Tuesday and Thursday of the same week

    • Orders placed after 9:00 AM on Monday → Shipped between Tuesday and Thursday of the following week

    Delivery for Mixed Orders

    • Ordering next-day delivery products + regular products simultaneously →If you order next-day delivery products and regular products together, the order will be shipped once the regular products are ready.

    • If your order includes refrigerated/fresh products (e.g., kimchi) → To maintain freshness, the order will be shipped sequentially with other products once all items are ready.
