📦 배송 안내

고객님께서 주문하신 상품은 냉동(또는 냉장) 상태로 신선하게 포장되어 배송됩니다.
보다 좋은 품질로 제품을 전달드리기 위해 아래 사항을 꼭 확인해 주세요.

📦 배송 예정 시간을 미리 안내드립니다.
고객님께서 편리하게 수령하실 수 있도록 사전에 연락드리오니,
안내드린 시간에 맞춰 준비 부탁드립니다.

제품은 신선도를 유지하기 위해 냉동(또는 냉장) 상태로 안전하게 배송되며,
수령 후 빠른 시간 내 냉장/냉동 보관 부탁드립니다.

🏧 배송비 안내 (세금(Tax) 제외 금액 기준)

• 최소 구매 금액: $70 이상 주문 시 집까지 배송이 가능합니다.

• 배송비: 구매 금액이 $70 이상 $100이하일 경우 배송비 $10가 부과됩니다.

• 무료배송 프로모션: 광역 밴쿠버  $100 이상 구매 시 무료배송 혜택을 제공하고 있습니다.
         Abbotsford, Maple Ridge, Victoria 는 200불 이상 구매시 무료배송 적용 됩니다.

📌유의사항: 무료배송 기준 금액은 향후 변동될 수 있으니 주문 시 꼭 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.

🚚 콘도 거주 고객님께 안내드립니다

콘도 단지는 건물 구조상 출입이 제한되거나 주차 공간 확보가 어려운 경우가 많아,
부득이하게 1층 공동현관 또는 현관 입구에서의 수령만 가능한 점 양해 부탁드립니다.

보다 원활한 배송을 위해 안내드린 시간에 맞춰 외부에서 수령해 주시면 감사하겠습니다.
불편을 드려 죄송하며, 안전하고 신선한 제품을 전달드리기 위해 최선을 다하겠습니다.

⏰ 배송 시간 내 수령이 이루어지지 않아 발생하는 제품 이상(변질, 해동 등)에 대해서는 교환 및 환불이 어려운 점 너그러이 양해 부탁드립니다.

[바로ON다] – 익일 배송 안내

‘바로ON다’ 아이콘이 표시된 제품에 한해 익일배송이 적용됩니다.

• 월요일~목요일 오후 3시 이전 주문: 다음 날 익일배송

• 금요일~일요일 주문: 다음 주 월요일 또는 화요일에 배송

• 공휴일: 배송 불가 → 공휴일 이후 첫 영업일에 순차 배송

일반제품(익일배송 비대상 제품) 배송 안내

     (‘바로ON다’ 아이콘이 없는 제품)

• 월요일 오전 9시 이전 주문 건→ 같은 주 화~목요일 사이에 순차 배송

• 월요일 오전 9시 이후 주문 건→ 그 다음 주 화~목요일 사이에 배송

혼합 주문 시 배송 안내

• 익일배송 제품 + 일반 제품 동시 주문 시→익일배송 제품과 일반 제품을 함께 주문하실 경우,일반 제품 준비가 완료된 후 함께 배송됩니다.

• 냉장/신선식품(예: 김치 등) 포함 시→ 신선도 유지를 위해, 준비 완료된 후 순차적으로 다른 제품과 함께 배송됩니다.

📦 Delivery Information

The products you order will be carefully packaged and delivered in frozen (or refrigerated) condition to ensure freshness.
To maintain the best quality, please make sure to review the following guidelines.

📦 We will notify you in advance of the scheduled delivery time.

To help you receive your order conveniently, we will contact you beforehand.
Please be ready to receive your delivery at the scheduled time.

Products are delivered safely in frozen (or refrigerated) condition to maintain freshness.
Please store them in the freezer or refrigerator as soon as possible after receipt.

🏧 Shipping Fee Information (Based on the subtotal before tax)

• Minimum order amount: Delivery to your home is available for orders over $70.

• Shipping fee: For orders between $70 and $100, a $10 shipping fee applies.

• Free shipping promotion: Currently, orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.

• Note: The free shipping threshold may change in the future, so please check the current policy at the time of your order.

🚚 Notice for Customers Living in Condominiums

Due to building access restrictions and limited parking space in many condominium complexes,
delivery must be made at the first-floor communal entrance or main front door.
We kindly ask for your understanding on this matter.

For smoother delivery, please be ready to pick up your order outside at the scheduled time.
We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to ensure safe and fresh delivery of your products.

⏰ Important Notice Regarding Delivery Time

Please kindly understand that if the product is not received within the scheduled delivery time and spoilage (such as thawing or deterioration) occurs, exchanges or refunds may not be possible.

We always strive to deliver fresh and safe products.

[바로ON다] – Next-Day Delivery Information

Next-day delivery applies only to products marked with the '바로ON' icon.

• Orders placed Monday–Thursday before 3:00 PM → Delivered the next day

• Orders placed Friday–Sunday → Delivered on the following Monday or Tuesday

• Public Holidays → No delivery → Orders will be shipped sequentially on the next business day

Delivery Information for Products Not Eligible for Next-Day Delivery  (Products without the 'BaroON' icon)

• Orders placed before 9:00 AM on Monday→ Shipped sequentially between Tuesday and Thursday of the same week

• Orders placed after 9:00 AM on Monday→ Shipped Tuesday to Thursday of the following week

Delivery for Mixed Orders

• Ordering Next-Day + Regular Delivery items together→ The order will be shipped once the regular items are ready, including the next-day delivery items.

• If your order includes refrigerated/fresh items (e.g., kimchi)→ To maintain freshness, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are ready.

Once your order is confirmed, we will contact you with delivery information.
Delivery schedules may vary depending on order volume and logistics conditions.
